When does False Bottom become available?

Details
Equipment cards, including False Bottom, become usable once 2 wires of the value indicated in the top-left corner of the card are cut [p.6 — THE EQUIPMENT CARDS]. The card is slid up to reveal a green checkmark, indicating it can now be used.
To activate False Bottom:
- Wait until two wires matching the number on the card (e.g., "5") are cut via successful Dual or Solo Cut actions.
- Once this condition is met, the equipment is available for use by any player at any time, even outside their turn.
Watch out:
If the value on False Bottom is "yellow" or "red," remember that yellow wires are all considered "YELLOW" (not their decimal values) and red wires are all "RED." However, the rulebook does not explicitly mention non-numeric values for equipment activation, so assume the card uses a numeric value (1-12) unless specified otherwise in a mission’s special rules.
