What are the rules about waking up eternally Bs, appeasing them and keys?

Quick answer

In Stage B, you win by Reviving all four B Eternals; each Revival grants a Key, but you must remove that Eternal's Curse with the special Jewel recipe before moving on.

Details

To win Stage B, you need to Revive all four Ghost-type (B) Eternals (Ghost, Skeleton, Witch, Vampire — only three of the four are used per game) [p.29 — STAGE B C D E F]. You play cards into the top row as normal, and when a card is played directly to the left of the Eternals, the player who played that last card selects which Eternal to Revive [p.12 — Revival of the Eternals].

When you Revive the first B Eternal, you move its Key to the Key Acquisition Area on the Stage B Card, and move the Eternal itself to the special "B Eternal Placement Area" on the Stage B Card instead of the normal Revival Area [p.31 — How to gain the four Keys]. While it sits there, the Jewel recipe needed to remove its Curse is special: either "one card with the number 4" OR "any two cards" — you may not use the normal Jewel Area recipes for it [p.31 — How to gain the four Keys].

When a subsequent B Eternal is Revived: if you already removed the Curse of the Eternal sitting on the Stage B Card, its Jewel is returned to its original position and its Curse becomes active again in the Revival Area (you must remove it a second time, normally, once it moves there) [p.31 — How to gain the four Keys]. The Eternal that was on the Stage B Card moves to the normal Revival Area, and the newly Revived B Eternal (along with its Key) takes its place on the Stage B Card. Repeat this process until all four B Eternals have been Revived — at that point you win [p.31 — How to gain the four Keys].

Each B Eternal has its own Curse that blocks certain cards from the Field until a Jewel is given to it: Ghost blocks numbers 5 & 7, Skeleton blocks numbers 2 & 8, Witch blocks Rare cards, and Vampire blocks Purple cards [p.13 — Curse of the Eternals]. Note that all non-B Eternals Revived during the Stage go to the normal Revival Area and follow standard Curse/Jewel rules [p.31 — How to gain the four Keys].

Watch out: Only B Eternals ever get placed on the Stage B Card — any other Eternal type Revived during Stage B goes straight to the normal Revival Area as usual [p.31 — How to gain the four Keys]. Also remember the CAMP 4th Lap Bonus is not used in Stage B [p.30 — STAGE B GHOST TOWN], and the Festival Field Card (if in play) grants everyone the ability to play one or two cards per turn [p.31 — Ghost Town Field Cards].
