My mission is too kill player one, how can I dot that

Quick answer

You can't directly attack Player 1's character — anti-aggression implants prevent that — but you can indirectly cause their death by trapping them with Fire, Intruders, Malfunctions, or leaving them behind on a doomed ship.

Details

This Objective doesn't require you to personally deliver the killing blow — your Character simply needs to end the game confirmed dead. Direct attacks between Characters are impossible: "Characters cannot directly Attack other Characters" due to the anti-aggression implants all crew have [p.23 — Attacking Players]. However, you may harm them as a side effect of your actions — for example, cutting them off in a Room on Fire, activating the Self-Destruct sequence while they're still aboard, or throwing a Grenade at an Intruder that happens to be in their Room [p.23 — Attacking Players].

Common tactics explicitly suggested include trapping the targeted Character in a Room with Fire or an Intruder, or simply letting the ship's dangers (Fire, Malfunctions, Damaged Engines, Self-Destruct, or bad Coordinates) do the work while you escape and hope everyone else dies or the ship explodes [p.12 — Objectives]. You could also try to convince another player to do the dirty work indirectly, since you can't coerce or force actions unless you're playing the Captain's special ability.

Remember the endgame conditions matter: if the ship explodes (Self-Destruct, 9th Fire, or 9th Malfunction marker), everyone aboard dies — Player 1 included, even if hibernating [p.11 — End of the Game]. Likewise, if the Engines are Damaged or Coordinates are wrong, hibernating Characters can die during the Victory Check [p.11 — Victory Check].

Watch out: Your own Character must still survive the game (hibernate safely or escape via Pod) for you to win — killing Player 1 counts for nothing if you also perish or fail to secure your own survival [p.12 — Objectives].
