Can I use multiple daytime commands on a single Tactics card?
Quick answer

Tactic Tiles are unique abilities tied to your Faction. When you activate a Tactic during an Action Step, you use its printed ability once, then flip it to its Exhausted side. [p.15 — Tactic Tiles]
Most Tactic Tiles become exhausted after a single use. However, some Tactic Tiles indicate they can be used multiple times before exhausting—these uses are tracked using Faction Markers placed on the Tile during Setup. [p.15 — Tactic Tiles]
The key point: you activate the Tactic Tile itself as a single action, not individual commands on it. If a Tactic has multiple commands printed on it, activating that Tactic resolves all of them as part of that one activation.
