How do I start with my 10-card starting deck?

Details
Each player receives an identical 10-card starting deck containing: 2 Convincing Arguments, 2 Daggers, 1 Diplomacy, 2 Dune the Desert Planet cards, 1 Reconnaissance, 1 Seek Allies, and 1 Signet Ring. [p.3 — Player Components]
After shuffling this deck, place it face down in your supply (the area where you keep your cards and tokens). Position it to the left of your Leader card. [p.5 — Setup]
During Phase 1 of each round, you'll draw five cards from this deck to form your hand. [p.8 — Phase 1: Round Start] When your deck runs out of cards during play, you reshuffle your discard pile to form a new deck and continue drawing as needed. [p.6 — Deck Building]
