Do you keep secreta gained in the base campaign?

Secrets are categorized into four types (overlays, events, rules, objects) and are managed as follows:
- Objects (a type of Secret) are explicitly stated to be saved between Scenarios [p.9 — Secrets].
- After each Scenario, all Secrets (including objects) are placed behind the Inventory divider to be retained for future Scenarios [p.26 — After the Scenario].
- During Exploration, Secrets placed on the Location map or in the Event slot are discarded at the end of Exploration, but Secrets in front of you or in the Mystling tray are preserved [p.13 — End of Exploration].
Watch out:
If a Secret is discarded during gameplay (e.g., as instructed by the Adventure Journal or Event resolution), it is returned to the Secret deck and not saved. Only Secrets retained in your inventory (behind the Inventory divider) persist between Scenarios.
