When do Dahan counterattack after an Invader action?

Dahan counterattack immediately after Invaders finish Ravaging a land, if any Dahan survive in that land.
Details
Dahan counterattack during the Ravage step of the Invader Phase. After Invaders deal Damage to a land and its Dahan:
- Damage resolution: Invaders deal Damage to the land and Dahan. If 2+ Damage is dealt to the land, Blight is added.
- Dahan survival check: Any Dahan that survive (were not destroyed by the Damage) then fight back.
- Counterattack: Each surviving Dahan in the land deals 2 Damage to the Invaders present there.
This counterattack occurs only after Ravage, not after Build or Explore. It happens even if Invaders dealt 0 Damage (e.g., due to Defend effects), but not if the Ravage Action was skipped or entirely prevented.
Watch out: Dahan do not counterattack if they were all destroyed during the Ravage Damage step. Their fight-back is mandatory and resolves immediately after Invader Damage in the same land.
