My objective is to kill player 1, how can I do that ?

Quick answer

You can't attack Player 1 directly — instead, engineer their death indirectly, e.g. trap them with Fire, Intruders, Malfunctions, or abandon them when escaping.

Details

Anti-aggression implants mean Characters can never directly Attack other Characters. However, players may harm each other as a side effect of their actions — for example, cutting someone off in a Room on Fire, activating the Self-Destruct sequence while they're still aboard, or throwing a Grenade at an Intruder that shares a Room with them [p.23 — Attacking Players].

If your Objective card specifies "Player X's Character cannot survive," you don't need to personally deal the killing blow — you simply need to ensure that Player 1's Character is not classified as alive at the end of the game. Suggested tactics include trapping them in a Room with Fire or an Intruder, or leaving them to die aboard a ship left with uncontrolled Fires, Malfunctions, Damaged Engines, an active Self-Destruct sequence, or Coordinates leading nowhere, while you escape via Escape Pod or Hibernation [p.12 — Objectives].

Remember that to win yourself, your own Character must still survive — either by hibernating (once the Hibernation chambers open, i.e., when the Time marker reaches a blue space) or by launching in an Escape Pod [p.11 — Player Goals and End of the Game] [p.26 — Hibernatorium].

Watch out: Even if Player 1's Character dies exactly as intended, you must still fulfill your own Objective and survive yourself — killing them alone does not grant you victory [p.11 — Player Goals and End of the Game].
