How do you shuffle the Item Deck?

When the Item deck runs out of cards during a Test or when gaining an Item, the game instructs you to shuffle the Item discard pile to form a new deck. This process is explicitly described in the rules:
- Shuffling procedure: Take all cards from the Item discard pile, shuffle them, and use the shuffled pile as the new Item deck [p.11 — Item rules].
- Trigger for shuffling: This occurs when the Item deck is empty and you need to draw a card (e.g., during a Test or when gaining an Item) [p.35 — Gain Item].
Watch out:
If the Item discard pile is also empty when the deck runs out, no new deck can be formed, and no further Items can be drawn until more are discarded. Ensure you track discards properly to avoid confusion.
