Do you gain the Corruption when the Revenant is on the Ship?
Quick answer
No — the Revenant can never carry Corruption, so placing your Crew figure there never triggers a "Gain Corruption" step from that source.
Details
Corruption is only gained by a player when the ship they placed their Crew figure on was itself corrupted, or when they chose a Corrupted Planet action while landing on a planet [p.4 — Main action]. Since the Revenant is explicitly excluded from ever receiving Corruption ("You can never add Corruption to a player's Frigate, a Civilian ship or the Revenant") [p.6 — IV. Breach phase], it can never be in a corrupted state, and therefore acting on one of its action spaces (Hyperjump or Deploy) does not cause you to gain Corruption.
Watch out: Don't confuse this with the Revenant's own Damage tracking — the Revenant can still take Damage during the Breach phase and trigger a Revenant Damage tile effect, but that is separate from the Corruption mechanic tied to player Frigates [p.6 — IV. Breach phase].
