Can I use elements from another player's cards?

Elements are gained when a player plays a Power Card and are specific to that Spirit. The rulebook states that Energy and Card Plays are individual and cannot be transferred between Spirits [p.13 — Energy and Card Plays]. Similarly, elements function as a personal resource: they are gained by the Spirit who plays the Power Card and are used solely by that Spirit to meet Elemental Thresholds for their Innate Powers [p.16 — Elements Gained]. There is no mechanism in the rules for sharing or transferring elements between players.
Watch out: While elements themselves cannot be shared, players can coordinate their Power usage to combine effects. For example, one player might use elements to trigger a threshold effect that benefits the group, but the elements themselves remain tied to the originating Spirit.
