How do you score single tiles in Rebirth?

Single tiles score 1 point for Food/Energy Farms (as a solo cluster), their icon value for Settlements, or 1 point for Ports/Offshore Farms.
Details
Food/Energy Farms: When placing a Food or Energy Farm tile with no adjacent tiles of the same type/color, it forms a cluster of 1, scoring 1 point [p.3 — Scoring Tiles].
Settlements: A single Settlement tile in a Small Settlement (1-space) scores points equal to its Settlement icons (e.g., a tile with 3 icons scores 3 points) [p.3 — Settlements].
Ports/Offshore Farms: Placing a tile on a Port (Scotland) or Offshore Farm (Ireland) space scores 1 point immediately [p.3 — PORTS; p.7 — OFFSHORE FARMS].
Incomplete Settlements: At game end, uncompleted Settlements score each tile as if it were a Small Settlement (icon value) [p.4 — Incomplete Settlements].
Watch out: A single tile in a larger Settlement (Medium/Large/Sprawling) only scores at completion, not immediately. Its influence value contributes to the final tally but does not grant points until the Settlement is filled [p.3 — Settlements].
