Can a building with both players' bunny pieces be returned?

Details
A building can only be returned to your reserve if you control it. Control is established by having your bunny token on the building. [p.7 — Placing a Building]
The return effect states: "You may place one of your constructed Building tiles back into your reserve." [p.15 — When constructed] This effect only applies to buildings you constructed and currently control.
If your opponent has placed their bunny on one of your buildings (using the takeover effect), you no longer have sole control of that building. Since the return effect requires you to control the building, you cannot use it on a building that has both players' bunnies on it. [p.15 — When constructed]
Watch out: Once your opponent takes control of a building by placing their bunny on it, that building becomes jointly controlled, and you lose the ability to return it to your reserve.
