What happens when you choose Neow's Blessing?

Quick answer

Each player draws one Neow's Blessing card, automatically gains the reward shown in red, then picks one of the three blue reward options before the cards are put away.

Details

During setup, players shuffle the Neow's Blessing deck (marked with the three-eyed whale) and each player draws one card [p.4 — Setup]. Every player first gains the reward printed in red on their card automatically — this part isn't optional [p.4 — Setup].

After that, each player chooses one of the three additional rewards printed in blue on the card. These follow the standard reward rules found on page 8, such as Pick Order, Skip, and Full Knowledge [p.4 — Setup] [p.8 — Rewards]. Since rewards can generally be skipped, you may also choose to skip a blue option if you don't want any of them, unless the specific Neow's Blessing card states otherwise.

Once all players have finished resolving their Neow's Blessing card, all the Neow's Blessing cards are put away and aren't used again for the rest of that game [p.4 — Setup].

Watch out: If you're playing solo, you also gain an additional Energy token and the "Loaded Die" solo relic on top of whatever you get from your Neow's Blessing card [p.4 — Setup].
