When out of cards, do you draw more?

When a player must draw a card from their Deck but no cards remain, they incur Attrition [p.16 — Attrition]. Resolving Attrition involves:
- Shuffling the Discard Pile to form a new face-down Deck.
- Reducing Hand Size by 1 (rotating the Hand Size Marker clockwise).
- Drawing cards until the Hand reaches the new Hand Size.
Watch out: If a player’s Hand Size reaches the minimum limit of 3, further reductions are ignored. Similarly, Hand Size cannot exceed 8.
